How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged at cost at checkout. It's free on orders over $300, and stores within 30 miles of Huntsville, Madison, Chattanooga or Nashville get free delivery on selected days of the week.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, when you place each order. Terms are available on request after three pre-paid orders.
When will my order ship?
Within 4 working days of your order. If there is anything that will take longer than indicated, we will be in touch to discuss your options.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. The minimum is for your whole order, so you can mix treats, supplements and grooming. A few products have their own minimum quantity, shown on the product.
How long does approval take?
Shelley replies to every application by email, usually within 24 hours.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Only if you want to buy without paying sales tax. Email a copy of your state sales tax license or resale certificate to shelley@coltswoof.com when you apply (in Alabama, that's your Sales Tax License from My Alabama Taxes) and we'll set your account up as tax-exempt. Without one, sales tax is added at checkout.
