Shipping policy

Rates and delivery times

USPS and UPS quote us live at checkout based on your address and basket weight, and that quote is what you pay. USPS Ground Advantage arrives in about 2–5 business days, USPS Priority Mail in 1–3, and UPS ground and air services in 1–5. Local delivery around Huntsville is 1–2 business days and is calculated at checkout. Market pickup is free.

Free shipping applies to the standard USPS Ground Advantage rate on orders of $50 or more.

Pupcakes and bakery items are not posted

We do not ship pupcakes, cannolis or bento boxes, at any price, to any address. They are baked fresh and handed over in person: collect them free at any of our markets, or take free local delivery in Huntsville, Nashville and Chattanooga. You choose which at checkout.

Because they can't be posted, ordering a bakery item alongside something that ships means checkout can only offer pickup or local delivery for the whole order. If you are outside our delivery area, please place bakery items as a separate order.

Market pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order free at Greene Street Market (Huntsville, Thursdays 3pm–7pm), Bailey Cove Farmers' Market (Huntsville, Saturdays 8am–12pm), MidCity Market (Huntsville, Sundays 12pm–4pm), East Nashville Farmers Market (Nashville, Tuesdays 3:30pm–6:30pm) or Chattanooga River Market (Chattanooga, Saturdays 10am–5pm). Market dates move with the seasons; the Markets & Events page has the current calendar.

Local delivery

We deliver locally around Huntsville. Enter your address at checkout and, if you're inside the delivery radius, a local delivery option appears with its fee and timeframe.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Perishable items go out early in the week so nothing sits in transit over a weekend. Pickup and local delivery orders are ready for the next market day at that location.

Freshness and storage

Our treats and pupcakes are baked in small batches without preservatives. Unwrap and refrigerate soft-baked treats and pupcakes once you get them home; they keep about 7 days chilled or 30 days frozen. Dry treats, chews, supplements and grooming products are shelf-stable — store somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Grooming products are natural and unpreserved, so separation or a change in scent over time is normal rather than spoilage. If a perishable order reaches you warm or damaged, email us the same day with a photo and we'll replace it.

Tracking and delays

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves us. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. If tracking hasn't moved in three business days, tell us and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf. Pickup and local delivery orders have no carrier tracking — we'll be in touch directly about those.
