One ingredient, one farm, one family. Our Beef Liver Jerky comes from Mike at Farm 47, a Brewer family operation farming in Alabama since 1947. The cattle graze across nearly two hundred and sixty acres, grass-fed and pasture-raised, with no growth hormones or steroids. We slow-dry the liver, then lightly spray it with rosemary extract and apple cider vinegar to keep it fresh. Nothing else.

The cattle graze across nearly two hundred and sixty acres of pasture and hay fields, grass-fed and pasture-raised, with a grain-finishing period at the end while they stay out on grass with free-choice hay. No growth hormones, no steroids. Any animal that needs antibiotics comes out of meat production entirely. We slow-dry the liver and that's it, nothing added.
