One ingredient, one farm, one family. Our Beef Liver Jerky comes from Mike at Farm 47, a Brewer family operation that's been farming in Alabama since 1947.
The cattle graze across nearly two hundred and sixty acres of pasture and hay fields, grass-fed and pasture-raised, with a grain-finishing period at the end while they stay out on grass with free-choice hay. No growth hormones, no steroids. Any animal that needs antibiotics comes out of meat production entirely. We slow-dry the liver and that's it — nothing added.
